By 2020, estimates suggest that there will be between 30 and 50 billion devices connected to the Internet - everything from your traditional laptop, PC, tablet and smartphone, to your TV, energy meter, fitness tracker and even your fridge!

Social media users now number more than 2.3 billion and Internet based retail sales in Europe alone have passed the £200 Billion mark (and are only predicted to grow).
